My therapeutic advisor told me that it was good that I could say “NO” to other people, but I needed to learn to say “NO” to myself.
It rang true for me and I have been working on this off and on ever since. Today I was thinking that I actually do say “NO” to myself, it is just that I say “NO” back.
It goes like this:
Me -”Blissqueen don't do that, “NO” the results will be bad and you will have to pay later”
Me in response to me - “NO!” and “You are not the boss of me!”
